With Helaba's Client Portal, Helaba customers have access to a central information and communication platform as additional access to the bank. 

Here you can call up up-to-date information, get in contact with your Relationship Manager and find out more about the services offered by Helaba. In addition, there are opportunities for collaborative implementation of business.

Who is the focus of the Helaba Client Portal?

The Helaba Client Portal is primarily focussed at Helaba customers with regular information and communication needs. To use it, an activation is required. For questions, please contact your Relationship Manager. She / he will be pleased to show you the advantages of the Client Portal.

What can I do with the Helaba Client Portal?

In the Helaba Client Portal you can call up detailed and up-to-date information, get in contact with your Relationship Manager and find out more about the services offered by Helaba. In addition, there are opportunities for collaborative implementation of business. The offer will be expanded step by step for our customers.

How do I get access to the Helaba Client Portal?

Access to the Helaba Client Portal requires activation and entry of username and password. The access data can be obtained from your responsible Helaba Relationship Manager.

Who can I contact if I have access problems?

Customer support for the Helaba Client Portal can be reached by phone during office hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at +49 69 9132 3300 oder via e-mail unter my.support@helaba.de.
In addition, your responsible Relationship Manager will be available as contact person.

What do I have to consider when logging-in for the first time?

When you first log-in to the portal a password-change is necassary. Additionally, you have to agree to the Legal Notices.

Which password requirements exist?

  • The password must be at least 10 characters long.
  • The password must contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

Does the password need to be changed regularly?

Yes, the password must be changed for security reasons at the latest after 90 days.

I entered my password correctly, but the portal displays 'The entered username and/or password is invalid.'.

  • Please regard, that It is case-sensitive.
  • The Caps Lock key on the keyboard must not be pressed, as otherwise only uppercase letters are entered.
  • The "Save password" browser functionality may be activated and your old password may still be saved. Please deactivate the browser function or delete the password in it.

How secure are the informations in the Helaba Client Portal?

The Helaba Client Portal is equipped with modern security features and is regularly checked and adapted to current challenges. As long as username and password do not get in the hands of third parties, access to the Helaba Client Portal is secure.

Where can I find the legal notices for using the Helaba Client Portal?

Legally relevant documents for the use of the Heleba Client Portal can be found in the section "Legal Notices" and in the imprint.

Can I use the Helaba Client Portal with every browser?

Yes, you can use the Helaba Client Portal with any current browser.

For a safe and comfortable use of the Internet, it is recommended to use a recent browser version. With outdated browser versions, the Helaba Client Portal may need longer to load pages.

Can I also use the Helaba Client Portal on mobile devices?

Yes, the Helaba Client Portal can also be used on mobile devices (tablets, smartphones).
